WebMRO

WebMRO is a web–based application that allows Medical Review Officers (MROs) to update drug tests with information from anywhere they have web access.

Much like a to–do list, tests requiring medical review are presented in a simple format that allows the MRO to view collection information, laboratory details and donor information and update the test with a final disposition.

Features include:

• User–defined checklist for guided interview or process tracking.
• Automated call log to help track donor contact attempts.
• Process status indicator.
• Contact timer for each test to help determine when a test might be considered a "no contact positive".
• Notes field.
