FAQ's

Q: What is the big difference between CRS and SRS pools?
A: SRS pools are set up to give everyone the same chance of being selected EVERY selection period. CRS pools are set up where once someone is pulled in one selection their chances of being selected in the next selection period are lower and can be adjusted by changing the factor level. A higher factor level makes them more likely to be selected than a lower factor level.
