Q: Why are you no longer supporting Heidi/Saftpa?
A: It is
very common for software companies to only support an older product for
7-8 years. Microsoft does this with their products also. Another reason is
that older products may not be supported with newer versions of operating
systems. Many people have found that Heidi/Saftpa runs slower and on newer
operating systems or printing from them on a new printer may cause
problems. For some of these issues there is a solution but as time goes
on, those solutions also are no longer available.
