School District Drug Testing Policies Too Intrusive?

Debates have been raised in past years about the constitutionality of drug testing in schools. The general rule, however, has been that the court sides in favor of allowing drug testing.

In Texas, a court ruled that a local school district's drug testing policy was too expansive and intrusive. The district has since changed its program to fall in line with the courts guidelines.

Do you think that drug testing students and school faculty should be allowed? And at what level?
